As for the disk, anygeneric osx 10.5 will work, but if you use the system recovery disk, it has to be the one for the model of the computer you have. Ex a MacBook from around June 08 will have a disc that works on most MacBooks from that era. Hope that helps! coffeeandgrapes:

First thing to check, hard disk space free, keep at least 10% free. Next, pop in your system disk and hold C to boot from the disk, run disk utility from the top menu, repair permissions, and repair disk. Before you do ANYTHING, backup anything improtant :) coffeeandgrapes:

One last personal post for the evening. Regarding my new found affection for health and working out. I’m not sure exactly what made me do it, but at some point I realized at 27, I shouldn’t be feeling tired all of the time. I ate fairly healthy, walked about a mile a day, got about 7-8 hours of sleep a night for months. Still tired.
