Todays fun nutrition fact
A subway footlong sub on italian herb and cheese bread with turkey, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions and pickles with chipotle dressing has nearly 1000 calories. Swapping the bread with whole wheat, ditching the cheese, and using olive oil (not reduced fat or anything) brings that to just over 600.
