Not that I need to be more addicted to this site than I am already, I thought it would be nice to have:

• an icon that sits in my dock with the badge showing the number of posts as they roll in
• optional growl integration, so as photos, text posts, etc roll in, they temporarily float ontop of the screen for a few seconds
• the ability to show you just the new posts since you last launched it, in order of oldest to newest (ex: you last signed in a day ago, and it starts with the oldest post from then until the time you sign in and you can easily catch up in the order things were posted)
• iLife integration- making it even easier to upload photos or audio
• an optional frequency limit, capping how many posts per hour you see per person, with a simple number icon indicating that person has posted more, but so not to clutter your feed

This would be a free app. I think most of this is possible given the tumblr api. Any suggestions?
